The 54th Merdeka Day
Today the rakyat celebrates our 54th Merdeka day.
After 53 years, are we more cohesive as a nation?
Have we truly become independent or merdeka?
Have we got the freedom, we truly deserve?
Have we been allowed to fully appreciate the wealth the nation has?
Have we received a good deal from those we have elected to lead?
If you answer "No" to some or all of the above then you must think very, very, very carefully before you vote when the next election comes. And if you vote ever so wisely then in the future, you might answer "Yes" to some or all of the above.
Have a blessed "Merdeka".
